The Bears plated 748 runs and surrendered 673 runs. Chris Nyman paced Denver with 23 home runs, while Tim Hulett, Fran Mullins and Casey Parsons each walloped 15 or more, too. Casey Parsons drove in 95 runs. Dave Stegman led hitters with significant playing time with a .334 average. Fernando Arroyo topped the team with 14 wins and a team-best 4.16 earned run average, leading pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
